These look a little different in person than online
There are very thin stripes of a light green in the plaid. The plaid design is thinner than it looks here on the product page. There aren't heavy/thick lines in the plaid.. there is more white background. Not sure if I am describing this right or not so that it makes sense.. All of the stripes in the plaid print are thin stripes and the light green accent color is only slightly noticable.
The material is a thinner but will be nice for summer. Seems like they will wrinkle easily, but will be comfortable.
They are cute shorts though and my son liked them. I bought him a size meduim (26) and I would say they run about a size 12. I ordered a few other pairs and ordered a size 28 because I think he could use the extra room.
Overall a nice pair of shorts at a great price. I would recommend them.
